    • Harmit Kaur,
Simply put, Qigong is an exercise that helps regulate the flow of Qi in the body via the meridian channel, just like blood flow in the veins that supply oxygen and nutrients to the cells. When blood flow were obstructed due to various reasons, the cells were deprive of the much needed oxygen and nutrients to function normally, hence overtime disease develope.

Similarly, Qi works the same way as blood does. Our body constantly breathing in Qi and exhale Qi out from the body to rejuvenate the cells in the body. If these Qi meridian were obstructed (due to various reasons), Qi flows will be affected and this will have an impact on the overall health condition of our body.

Yes, Qigong will helps in your condition. By regulary exercising Qigong will helps to regulate the Qi and over time helps maintain a healthy body and mind. Your body functions will be enhance.

Should you interest to find out more, do contact us and we shall be glad to assist. You can contact any of our Laoshi (teacher) at any of our 17 centers.
